You Will:

  • Diagnose and resolve malfunctions quickly and patiently.
  • Collaborate with administrators to ensure smooth technical operations.
  • Provide remote demonstrations and training to end users on app features and usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in your field of expertise.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a related technical support role.
  • Strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve user problems.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Background in web apps and Android device operations.
  • Experience using remote assistance tools.
